1. Operator & Acceptance

Flytracy™ is owned and operated by Beijing Xinhong Ruiwang Technology Co., Ltd. These Terms apply together with the store policies presented before purchase, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

2. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement. Where the required age has not been reached, appropriate involvement and authorization from a parent or guardian is required.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate information and protect account credentials. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

4. Products & Compatibility

Flytracy™ offers automotive decorative accessories and selected practical vehicle products. We aim to describe specifications, options, prices and included components accurately.

Check fitment, dimensions, mounting method and power requirements before ordering. Broad compatibility does not guarantee suitability for every vehicle. Contact us if uncertain.

Minor screen-related appearance differences do not excuse material misdescription, missing components or functional defects.

5. Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Automated confirmation acknowledges receipt and remains subject to reasonable payment, stock, shipping and fraud-prevention checks.

We may decline or cancel an order where necessary due to payment failure, unavailable stock, an obvious material error, suspected unauthorized activity or inability to lawfully fulfill it.

We notify you of cancellation. If payment was collected, we initiate the applicable refund within 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

6. Prices, Taxes & Payment

The displayed currency applies to the transaction. Checkout shows applicable product totals, discounts, shipping and taxes collected there before payment. You must be authorized to use the selected method.

External bank or currency-conversion charges are determined by your provider. See Payment & Security.

7. Processing & Shipping

Processing normally takes 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 5 business days during busy periods. Estimated standard U.S. transit is 10–15 business days after dispatch; processing is additional.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled through our own or partner facilities outside the destination country. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. See Shipping Policy.

8. Returns & Refunds

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Customers pay preference-based return shipping; confirmed defects or fulfillment errors attributable to us are resolved at no additional cost. No restocking fee applies to approved returns.

After a return is received, inspected and approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Providers may need additional posting time. See Return & Refund Policy.

9. Order Problems

Report damage, defects, missing parts or incorrect items promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days. This recommendation does not exclude later-discovered defects or mandatory rights. Confirmed issues attributable to us receive an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution at no additional cost.

10. Changes & Cancellations

Contact us promptly. Assistance is attempted before fulfillment begins but cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing or shipment starts.

No cancellation fee applies to a successfully canceled order before fulfillment. Paid-order refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation. Eligible return rights remain available if cancellation is no longer possible.

11. Promotions

Offers may have expiration dates, minimum amounts, exclusions and usage limits stated with the promotion. Apply codes before checkout is completed.

12. Installation & Safe Use

Follow product instructions and vehicle requirements. Accessories must not obstruct visibility, airbags, seat belts, pedals, controls, ventilation or safe vehicle operation.

Use compatible electrical connections. Check local requirements before installing decorative lighting or license-plate frames. Windshield covers and driving-obstructing sunshades must be removed before driving.

Do not assume an accessory is safety-certified or improves vehicle performance unless supported by its specific documentation. Seek qualified installation assistance where necessary.

13. Bulk Orders & Resale

Contact us before unusually large or wholesale purchases. Resale does not authorize representation as an official Flytracy™ distributor or agent.

14. Intellectual Property

Branding and content owned by or licensed to us are protected where applicable. Commercial copying or exploitation requires appropriate permission. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

15. Reviews & Customer Content

Submissions must be lawful, relevant and not infringe others’ rights. Avoid sensitive personal information. Reviews submitted for publication may be displayed with the relevant product or service; separate promotional reuse requires appropriate permission.

16. Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, unauthorized payment use, malicious code, security interference, unauthorized data collection and misrepresentation of affiliation are prohibited.

17. Third-Party Services

Our store uses Shopify and relevant payment, shipping and other providers. Their services may have separate terms. This does not remove our responsibilities for accepted purchases.

18. Events Outside Reasonable Control

Weather, customs, carrier disruption or technical outages may affect performance. We make reasonable efforts to explain the impact and provide an appropriate solution. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

19. Liability & Consumer Rights

Any limitation applies only where legally permitted. Nothing excludes mandatory warranties, rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Law & Disputes

Applicable law includes mandatory protections relevant to the transaction and customer location. Contact support to attempt a resolution; available legal remedies remain unaffected.

21. Severability & No Waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions apply where permitted. Delayed enforcement does not necessarily waive a provision.

22. Updates

Terms may be revised as services or requirements change. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the version presented when an order is placed applies to that purchase.
